Good Service, but the worker Heather, was rude to her co workers. She was not pleasant, I would avoid her. Otherwise great service from the rest of the team.

I recently had.3 posters that I wanted framed. I caught a sale at Michaels and had them all done at one time. Gina framed them for me and they came out beautifully and at a great price. I'll definitely use them again. Thanks Gina!

This place has terrible customer service. I went in there looking for items and I felt like I was inconveniencing the employees by asking them a question. When I went to check out I needed help and they just pointed to a self-checkout machine. I had over 40 items. This was very inconvenient and unpleasant. I would not shop here if I didn't have to.

I bought some items yesterday and 3 of the items when I got to the cash register scanned at a higher price than advertised on the shelf. The cashier was reluctant at first to correct this but I went back to the shelf and took photos of the advertised prices. It felt like the employee expected me to just accept the "new" price. I spoke to a more senior employee and explained the situation to her. She made the adjustments and the problem was resolved. I would advise customers to make sure that you are being charged correctly when you pay as those extra dollars add up.
